Chilled Strawberry Bisque

This recipe for "Chilled Strawberry Bisque" is in fact - yes, you guessed it - a strawberry smoothie. Bisques traditionally involve seafood, though vegetable bisques are also popular. But simply labeling as "bisque"any food item that has been blended into a soupy consistency is quite misleading.
